Cocoon Annual User Day
Thank you to all of you who attended the Cocoon Annual User Day on 9th
November. We hope that you enjoyed it as much as we did. I am sure you
will agree that the day was worthwhile, and the location was stunning.

We launched our Steering Group, which has been really well received. The group will work with the software
authors, and ourselves to produce objectives and ways forward so that we can improve our services
and product offerings.
The Support Portal was also launched, which means that we can actually have an enhanced level of support
for all of our customers on-line, registration of calls, also escalation, but also knowledge based which will allow
customers to analyse their problems, and in some cases support themselves.
Our breakout sessions were very popular; demonstrating Version One Document Management, iXBRL, Infor Expense Management and an overview of SunSystems Companion Products.
Infor chose the day to showcase the early viewing of the next software release for SunSystems 6, scheduled for quarter 1 2011. Infor’s Tim Truesdale, Director Product Management said: ‘We have a lot of options for clients, with SunSystems 4 users continuing to see that line progress, or SunSystems 5 users, where there is also a lot of opportunity that people can see in what is new and exciting in SunSystems 6.’
We were also delighted to welcome Infor’s Jennifer Earl, Global Channel Program Manager, Financial Solutions Group who said ‘ We have had the opportunity to meet and talk about the Infor strategy, as the author of the software; where we see the software going and what the future holds.’
Managing Director Chris Wootton is very happy with the feedback received: ‘Opening up our products to our clients as Infor dedicated resellers doesn’t just mean SunSystems – we offer Performance Management,
Expense Management, Enterprise Asset Management and other solutions around Sun.'
